If you are not satisfied with the product you bought, you can return it for a refund within 10 days from
receiving the item(s). The customer is responsible for all of shipping cost in returning the item(s) after
receiving them.
Please note: that there are no exceptions to our return policy stated below:

Open a dispute by e-mail at paywhat@brinksgenius.com within 10 days of receiving the order. We will provide you shipping instructions and address how to return the product you will have to pay shipping cost ( no exceptions on returned items ).
Make sure the items you're returning do not have any visible signs of use and have the original tags on.
package the products into their original packaging with the original manifest with each product unopened and original boxing.
Ship the product back to the address instructed with the return label provided for the return..
The deadline for canceling an order is 10 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 10 days
The goods are in the original packaging if marked new in description when purchasing items.
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed and opened after delivery.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return.
